Sonora, TX (Jan. 22, 2019) – Sonora Bank announced today that David Soldano has been named Senior Vice President, Loan Processing. In this new role he will be responsible for functions related to loan processing, including operations, collections and servicing.
“David is a leader with a progressive and successful track record of managing sophisticated loan operations across multiple lines of business,” said Bob Malone, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sonora Bank. “His entrepreneurial spirit and breadth of banking experience will beneficial in growing Sonora Bank’s loan processes and credit team.”
David brings nearly 20 years of banking experience to this new role. He joined Sonora Bank in 2005 as a teller and has risen through the ranks to become a credit officer. Most recently, David served as Assistant Branch Manager, Vice President of the Sherwood branch in San Angelo, Texas.
David graduated from the University of Texas—Pan American with a degree in business administration. He is also a graduate of the Texas Bankers Association Management Development Program (Class VII). In 2016, David was named on the 20 Under 40 Brightest Leaders of Tomorrow list by the City of San Angelo. He is active in the San Angelo community as a board member of Young Life and the San Angelo Convention and Visitors Bureau.
