Lost or Stolen Card?
If your card has been lost or stolen, please call or visit your local branch during business hours to speak to a Customer Service Representative. You may also utilize one of the following methods to suspend or cancel the card:
- Sign into online banking, navigate to User Settings and click ATM/Debit Card
- Download and open the mobile app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device and choose Manage Cards from the menu
- Call Sonora Bank’s Telephone Banking at 1-800-898-1888 and choose Option 4, then Option 2
